At the 10th World Sauvignon Competition in Udine, Italy on March 8th and 9th, 2019. Among the 528 high quality French wines over the course, Chateau des Chapelains proved our wine is exceptional, the silver medal was awarded to our Chateau des chaplains Collection 100% Sauvignon 2018, this also confirms the efforts of the castle team.

Le Prélude (red, 2013 vintage) has received two awards this year.  It was first awarded a gold medal at the ‘Concours de Bordeaux des Vins d’Aquitaine’, followed by a ‘Coup de Coeur’ award at the ‘Festival des Vins d’Aquitaine’ at Wuhan (China).
 

La Découverte has won its third ‘Coup de Coeur’, the first two being in 2003 and then 2004, and has enjoyed an impressive track record. 
Les Temps Modernes, following numerous successive star ratings in the Guide Hachette, was awarded a Coup de Coeur’ in 2015 (for its 2011 vintage).
 

A beautiful news came along with the summer:

in the Guide Hachette des rosés 2016/2017 ! "Intense color reddish with copper highlights for this open claret on fresh fruits (gooseberry, blackcurrant). A smooth attack precedes a fairly structured palate, driven by a pleasant liveliness."

Nous le qualifions comme un rosé foncé car il se boit aussi frais et comme un rouge d'été, léger, parfait pour accompagner les plats estivaux (salades, barbecues, grillades, apéritif...).

Notre Clairet a déjà séduit avec le millésime 2015 et n'a pas souhaité s'arrêter en si bon chemin en obtenant encore une récompense, avec le millésime 2016, une étoile dans le Guide Hachette des rosés 2017/2018.
